Allyson Binnicker

I became a Realtor over 30 years ago after receiving a Business degree from the University of South Carolina. I am very detail oriented, love working with numbers and negotiating on my client's behalf . I thrive under pressure so I am well suited to help people in the home buying and selling process. That is one of the most stressful events in someone's life and requires a LOT of listening, organization and follow through skills. I listen to my client's wants and needs and I am upfront and honest with them and always have their best interest in mind.

I am happily married to my college sweetheart and we have three sons that keep us busy. My husband is the Superintendent of Anderson 1 School District so if you need information on area schools, I can easily obtain it. We have also been a foster home for over 900 dogs and still counting. Dog rescue and adoptions are my passion and a portion of my paychecks goes toward rescue and rehabilitation groups. We currently have 5 rescued dogs and always have a foster dog awaiting adoption. So if you have pets I will for sure want to meet them!
